UTP - Saint John's High School

Founded in 1966, Saint John's High School is a Roman Catholic High school in West Islip, New York. It nurtures the mind, body, and soul in an environment of mutual respect, social justice, and loving compassion. Saint John's believes in academic integrity and excellence as an educational institution. Each student of this community is challenged to discover, utilize, and develop their intellectual abilities. • Arts electives: Saint John’s is home to three different art studios that encourage learning and creative expression. Students can take classes such as Photography, Advanced Drawing, CGI, Graphic Design, and Advanced Painting. • Video broadcasting and TV studio: At the TV and Radio Stations, students utilize state-of-the-art technologies to create, produce, and manage television and radio shows. Students report school-wide announcements and operate cameras, lighting, and sound at a professional level.
