Hanson High School (BSID 665843) is a private co-educational school inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education. With the focus on preparing international students for undergraduate studies in a Canadian university, Hanson High School prides itself in being one of the best private schools in Toronto. With an average class size of six students, individualized approach and top-notch facilities, it offers an excellent learning environment. At HHS, one-on-one counselling for each individual student is provided to better plan their high school education in advance. Hanson assesses students’ strengths and weaknesses, coaches them on developing their interests and identifying their goals, helps them select the right courses and makes their personalized study plans. HHS effectively tracks students’ academic performance to make sure their learning progresses. Hanson communicates with the faculty and the students every day, and timely identify students’ learning issues, difficulties and struggles to resolve the problems at the earliest stage. Meanwhile, HHS coaches students to develop good learning habits and acquire useful skills to maximize their success. HHS staff and faculty are also dedicated to supporting every student’s smooth adjustment to the Canadian culture and the Canadian learning environment. Hanson also offers students IELTS training class on a daily basis from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Advanced Placement courses in mathematics and physics are available in Grade 12.

During university application season, Hanson arranges students to attend Ontario Universities' Fair and invites designated university representatives from prestigious Canadian universities to give application information sessions and answer student inquiries on campus. 100% of HHS graduates attend the university or college of their dream. Each year, Hanson students receive acceptance offers from top universities, including the University of Toronto, McMaster University, the University of Ottawa, Queen’s University, Western University.
