Program Description:

Centennial College's Hospitality and Tourism Administration program prepares you for an industry that Tourism HR Canada identifies as climbing to more than $293 billion in goods and services revenue by 2030. Most importantly for Hospitality and Tourism Administration program graduates, Tourism HR Canada projects that demand for labour in the sector will grow to 2.1 million jobs in Canada, exposing a labour demand and skills shortage.
 
In this advanced diploma program, you will learn the essential job and leadership skills needed to be successful in this vast industry. With experiential learning opportunities in a new on-campus restaurant, event centre and hotel suites, you will come to understand the demands and hard work needed to run a multi-faceted hospitality operation in one of the world's most diverse tourism destinations, the great city of Toronto.
 
To round out training, this program also features a comprehensive 14-week field placement with one of our industry partners, either locally or internationally. In addition to your advanced diploma, you will graduate with important industry certifications such as Smart Serve, Safe Food Handlers and CPR, making you truly job ready.
 
From hospitality management to tourism planning and leadership development, you will be prepared to make significant contributions to the global hospitality and tourism sector. Program Description:

The Business Administration – Finance program helps to open doors to more career options by focusing on preparing you for specialized areas of financial services such as retirement planning or investment advising while you continue on the path towards the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and a pathway to the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) credential. As a result, a wider variety of financial services careers will be available to you upon graduation.
 
In this three-year advanced diploma program, you will study the functional areas of business (accounting, finance, marketing, information systems, human resources, production and operations management) and take management-oriented courses that provide an integrated perspective of business. Because this offering ensures you have a strong educational base in business, it prepares you to function effectively in your chosen career field, leading to supervisory and management positions in business, government and service organizations.
 
Graduates of The Business School program acquire a specialized knowledge of how finance functions in the corporate entity and of the financial services sector of the economy.

Centennial College's Electrical Engineering Technology program will ensure you gain a solid foundation in a range of electricity applications for many industry sectors.
 
In this engineering program, you'll have the opportunity, during in-class lessons and labs, to put theory into practice through real-life applications. This practical approach to learning will also use simulated workplace assignments to help you develop skills.
 
Upon completion of the advanced college diploma program, you'll be able to demonstrate an ability to design, adapt, analyze, troubleshoot, commission and install electrical systems as applied to electrical engineering. The range of functions you'll be able to complete as an electrical engineering technologist will serve to ensure safety and compliance with relevant codes and standard practices.
 
As a graduate of the Electrical Engineering Technology program, you'll be able to find work in various industries, such as energy (petroleum and electrical generation), process/manufacturing, construction/engineering, telecommunications, IT networks and intelligent building systems.
 
Please note: Some courses may be offered in an online/hybrid format.

Program Description:

The Centennial College Strategic Management – Accounting program is for students who want to gain a perspective on the organizational techniques required for the effective execution of strategic decisions and the critical role that managerial leadership plays in the viability and growth of a business.
 
Through just two semesters of Strategic Management - Accounting courses, you also continue to learn and deepen your understanding in the areas of financial accounting, management accounting, taxation and auditing.
